The ground floor has a very large open plan kitchen / dining room, and a spacious and comfortable living area, both leading to the large terrace through wide openings. It also has a shower room, two toilets, a laundry room and two fireplaces.
Sweet seaside dreams
From this common living space, you access two separate sleeping areas upstairs… Ideal for accommodating a large family (“parent-child” spaces), or two families or groups of friends, who will each have two bedrooms. , a toilet and a bathroom upstairs. (The rooms configuration is not, however, suitable for a single adult couple with more than two very young children.)
These 4 rooms are broken down into:
A master bedroom with a "king size" bed (200x200cm), with a large bay window opening onto a private terrace / solarium. Imagine, waking up after a good night's sleep, admiring the plunging and breathtaking view of the sea and the coast of the red rocks of the Esterel!
Two double bedrooms with "queen" beds (160x200cm)
A bedroom with a comfortable 140x190cm Murphy bed, which can also be used as an office ...
All bedrooms have a magnificent sea view, three of them have access to an additional terrace upstairs.
The house has 3 bathrooms (1 with bathtub, 2 with walk-in showers), and 4 toilets. All bathrooms have been fully renovated from floor to ceiling early 2023.
