Amenities and equipment

The house is very well equipped for remote working or entertainment. You benefit from a high speed internet access (optical fiber), and a strong WiFi signal throughout the accommodation ("WiFi mesh"). You will enjoy the OLED TV with sound bar and multiroom (on the ground floor), and a second TV in the master bedroom.

In the large well-appointed kitchen (large fridge and freezer, wine cellar, Sodastream, etc.), you cook up delicious meals to delight the taste buds of friends and spoil the family. Of course a barbecue is also available for delicious grills.

A separate laundry room is available within the house, equipped with a washing machine, a clothes dryer.

For families with young children , we provide a high eating chair for kids, a baby bath, a baby bed.

Comfortable

You will find all the furniture needed to make the most of your stay: outside and inside (new, highly comfortable) lounge/sofas, outside dining tables and chairs, 4 sun beds, and special lightweight loungers to bring to the swimming pool.

Covered patio, 3 large roller blinds and a large umbrella ensure that you can enjoy the large terrace in bright sunshine.

Sheets, towels, swimming pool towels (in season) are provided.

The swimming pool is that of the small residence (a few lots), and is therefore not private, but generally uncrowded, even in high season.

In winter, the (non-heated) swimming pool may be in maintenance.

Access to the villa is via an external staircase (about two floors to climb), and the bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa. The accommodation is therefore, unfortunately, not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Please note that the fireplaces (which can be seen on pictures) are not useable.
