Note: our Rental Policy & Services

To ensure a private and authentic villa experience, our property is rented as a self-catering independent accommodation.

• Stay Duration: Our standard minimum stay is 7 nights. However, exceptional waivers may be granted upon request, depending on our calendar availability.

• Preparation Services: For your comfort, professional cleaning and fresh linens are provided strictly once, prior to your arrival. Please note that no housekeeping or linen changes are performed by us during your stay. However, for longer stays, we can provide contact details for an independent cleaning service upon request. Any such services must be coordinated directly with the provider and will be at your own expense.

• Total Independence: We do not provide breakfast or any catering services. Your check-in is dedicated to key handover and the property walkthrough (either in person or via a secure lockbox). No ongoing reception or concierge services are available during your stay.
