A true haven of peace, nestled in an exceptional setting ... A very comfortable and particularly cosy and charming villa, ideal for holidays with family or friends, or for digital nomads.
You are in the heart of the French Riviera in Théoule-sur-Mer, between Cannes and Saint-Raphaël, on the Corniche d´Or. The house faces south (rare in Théoule) and enjoys a splendid view of the sea and the red rocks of the Esterel coast.

The spacious terrace is decorated with bougainvilleas, oleanders and other Mediterranean essences. In the shade of large blinds, comfortably installed in the garden furniture, you will enjoy special moments with your loved ones, enjoying a glass of chilled rosé, or preparing delicious grilled meats on the barbecue.
The living room, the dining room and all the bedrooms in the house benefit from a beautiful sea view. The living and sleeping areas are well separated, and the house allows everyone to get together, while offering the possibility of living one's life.
The magnificent swimming pool (approx. 42x21ft.), nestled in a Mediterranean garden and overlooking a panoramic view, is just a few meters away. (Please note: the swimming pool is non-private to our villa, and shared with the few other villas in our small residence)

Access to the villa is via an outdoor staircase, and a car is generally recommended to make the most of the region; consequently, the villa is not suitable for individuals with significant mobility issues.
